Of course, you can always contact our support team in case of technical problems via the ACARiS messaging system in the app and on the website, or by phone (included only in the HORSE PROTECTOR Mobile, Premium, and Breeder packages). In addition to continuous updates, a two-year warranty is included (see terms and conditions).
